What to expect
Injectable appointments take place in our Seaport practice. After a short consultation to map the treatment areas, the treatment itself typically takes 10–15 minutes. Most clients return to their day immediately.
Results begin to appear within a few days, reach full effect in one to two weeks, and typically last three to four months. We’ll recommend a maintenance schedule that fits your goals.
Does it hurt?
Most clients describe a brief pinch. The needles are very fine and each injection takes only a moment. Numbing is available on request.
Is there any downtime?
No. You can return to normal activities right away. We recommend avoiding strenuous exercise and lying flat for a few hours after treatment.
How do I know how many units I need?
Unit counts depend on your muscle strength, the depth of the lines, and your goals. We confirm your exact plan and price during the consultation before any treatment begins.

All treatments are delivered by board-certified healthcare professionals under the direction of Dr. Ryan Engdahl, a double board-certified plastic surgeon.
